CAREER CHANGERS
When we averaged all three categories of job changes (employers, industries, and job functions), Santa Clara University (Leavey) (ranked 12th overall in our 2025 OMBA ranking) had the highest overall average of 60%. That’s 50% of its surveyed 2024 alumni changing employers, 40% changing industries, and 90% changing job functions.
University of South Florida (Muma) (ranked 17th overall) had the second highest percentage of changers at 55.56%.
Of all 57 ranked online MBA programs, six or more had half or more of their alumni report career changes as a result of their degree, while four others reported 40% or more changers.
