ESCP Business School in France has announced three new executive masters programs for professionals working in finance, technology, sustainability, and luxury management. All three will launch in 2025.
New programs include the Executive Master in Strategic Finance, Executive Master in Tech & Sustainable Transformation, and Executive Master in Luxury Transformation and Leadership. Flexibility is a key feature of all three, and were designed in collaboration with industry experts.
The modular format of the Finance and Tech & Sustainable Transformation programs will enable participants to tailor the programs to their unique career goals and schedules. Participants can pursue a full Executive Master, specialized tracks, or advanced certificate. Online modules will be combined with in-person sessions across ESCP’s multiple European campuses and international hubs, meeting students where they live and work.

Programs are offered in a part-time schedule spanning 15 to 18 months. Participants gain access to ESCP’s international network, renowned faculty, and real-world learning opportunities.
STRATEGIC FINANCE
The Executive Master in Strategic Finance covers a range of topics relevant to careers in corporate finance and tax engineering.
The program features two specialized tracks:
- Corporate Finance: Focused on financial strategy, risk management, and global financial markets.
- Engineering & Tax Finance: CPF-eligible and designed to deepen expertise in tax optimization and financial structuring. It is delivered in both English and French.
The program blends rigorous academics with hands-on learning to prepare students to tackle financial challenges and drive big changes. Its flexible setup makes it a great fit for busy professionals looking to deepen their expertise.
The part-time, hybrid program lasts 18 months, beginning October 2025. Cost is €35,000 for the full master’s.
TECH & SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION
The Executive Master in Tech & Sustainable Transformation is tailored for leaders working in technological innovation and sustainability. It is also delivered in both English and French
Specialized tracks include:
- Tech Transformation: Focused on leveraging emerging technologies to drive organizational innovation.
- Sustainability Transformation: Centered on implementing circular economies and fostering responsible innovation. It is delivered in both English and French and is CPF eligible.
Participants will engage with cutting-edge tools and frameworks to lead transformative projects that create long-term value. The part-time, hybrid program lasts 18 months, beginning October 2025. Cost is €35,000 for the full master’s.
LUXURY TRANSFORMATION AND LEADERSHIP
The Executive Master in Luxury Transformation and Leadership prepares mid-level executives to lead innovation in the ever-evolving luxury sector. It will launch in April, and will be taught exclusively in English.
The program focuses on three key areas:
- Transformative Management: Developing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Technological Innovation: Integrating digital tools into luxury business operations.
- Ethics and Purpose: Embedding responsible leadership and purpose-driven visions into brand management.
Students can choose from blended and online formats. In the blended format, students will study through a mix of live online and asynchronous assignments, as well as attend three one-week immersions is London, Dubai, and Paris. Duration is 15 months, cost is £22,000- £28,000.
