According to the FT’s calculations, the programs with the highest paid graduates are Kellogg’s EMBA with HKUST where alumni reported making $408,431 a year, followed by those at Tsingha/INSEAD ($324,115), CEIBS ($313,442), and Washington University’s program with ($299,932).

Those figures, however, are adjusted by the FT and do not reflect actual pay in U.S. dollars. The FT converts salaries using purchasing power parity (PPP) rates. That adjustment tends to favor graduates in emerging or newly developed countries where salaries tend to be much lower than the adjustment. That is another way the methodology benefits programs not entirely based in either the U.S. or Europe.
